Job Description
Lead in unit turn inspection and processes. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities with the property including scheduling repairs, managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring property equipment upkeep, conducting preventative maintenance and maintaining safety standards all while adhering to budget constraints and compliance regulations; requiring strong leadership skills, technical knowledge and the ability to plan and execute effective maintenance schedules.
Requirements
Maintenance Management
Knowledge and ability to use computers and technology efficiently.
Must have 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
Ability to take direction.
Manage and order supplies.
Coordinate, schedule and respond to work orders.
Daily update unit vacancy detail reporting.
Ensure effectiveness of staff through ongoing training and coaching.
Assign work orders to maintenance team.
Enforce policies and procedure that upper management delegates.
Licenses
EPA Universal Certificate (Required)
Certified Pool Operator (Optional)

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
