As a Plumbing Service Technician, your key duties will include:

Diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and light commercial properties.

Performing service, maintenance, repair, and installation work.

Servicing water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, piping, drains, and sewer systems.

Educating customers on repair and replacement options.

Building trust through honest recommendations and exceptional service.

Completing work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Maintaining accurate job documentation and service records.

Following company safety standards and procedures.

Preferred Experience:

Commercial service plumbing experience.

Water heater and tankless installation expertise.

Drain cleaning and sewer diagnostic experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Certifications: Backflow certification.

Licenses: Journeyman or Master Plumber license.

Technical Skills: Experience using field service software and mobile technology.
