As our Rental Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every detail is accounted for from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
· Client Communication & Order Management: Engage with clients to understand their needs, document order requests, and provide exceptional service from initial contact to delivery.
· Process Adherence & Follow-Through: Execute comprehensive event process checklists to guarantee all logistical steps are completed and no detail is missed.
· Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as an operations hub, working closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, and creative teams to support unforgettable events.
