About the Role
As a CNC Lathe Specialist, you will drive manufacturing excellence by managing complex production runs and optimizing machine performance. Your expertise in precision machining and automated systems will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality components efficiently.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise machine setups for CNC lathes to ensure optimal production output.

Interpret complex engineering blueprints and GD&T specifications to maintain strict tolerance standards.

Perform real-time program adjustments using G-code and M-code to maximize cycle efficiency.

Utilize advanced metrology tools, including CMM and optical comparators, to verify part integrity.

Manage automated production workflows to reduce downtime and improve throughput.

Collaborate with engineering teams to refine machining processes and troubleshoot technical challenges.
Qualifications-
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (Level 2 or 3 equivalent).

Strong proficiency in operating and setting up Okuma lathes with Fanuc or Okuma controls.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T.

Expertise in G-code and M-code programming and editing.

Hands-on experience with precision measurement equipment and inspection techniques.

Experience managing automated CNC cell environments.

Background in high-mix, low-volume production machining.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex setups.
