Seeking a construction project manager and layout technician with the ability to work with CAD & GPS (Top Con) Rover and Machine Control equipment. Plan and organize day to day layout operations and perform a variety of office duties.
Duties include operating GPS survey instruments to perform “lay-out” for field crews, create layout points using CAD, maintain accurate & legible field notes, read and interpret plans and specifications, perform plan “take-offs”, assist with project management and work with operators on GPS machine controlled equipment. Must be a team player, highly skilled in understanding and following written and oral direction. Must have good communication skills.
