The Campus Coordinator leads the Guest Services team that creates an incredible experience for all guests, so they immediately feel like they are a part of the Bay Hope Church family. The Campus Coordinator also assists in executing the systems put in place to help congregants take next steps in their faith journey, such as salvation calls, baptisms, and serving on campus. The Campus Coordinator will work with other departments to plan major events and outreach opportunities at the campus (in conjunction with the Lakeshore Campus Coordinator). The Campus Coordinator does a variety of administrative and office duties. The Campus Coordinator leads and runs the Bay Hope Coffee House.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create an incredible lobby experience that focuses on all aspects of the first-time guest’s visit
Recruit, equip, and empower a team of volunteers, including key volunteer leaders, dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Build relationships and care for volunteers
Execute the systems set in place for guests and attendees to take next steps in their faith journey
Coordinate with the Director of Connections for salvation calls, baptisms, lobby experiences, holidays, as well as processes for returning guests
Lead campus-specific outreach events
Operational duties such as handling the offering and the Coffee House till
Working in tandem with the Lakeshore Campus Coordinator to keep campus constants and come up with ways to enhance the guest experience in the lobby for different events/series
Staff and run the Bay Hope Coffee House and liaise with the other Campus Coordinators to assist their coffee shops
Coordinate and execute communion with lead volunteers
Perform other campus-specific duties as directed by the Westchase Campus Pastor

The Campus Coordinator position at the Westchase campus is scheduled for the following hours, and are subject to change:
Sunday 7:30am-1:30pm
Monday 8:30am-5:00pm
Tuesday 8:30am-5:00pm
Wednesday 8:30am-5:00pm (subject to change based on Wednesday Night needs)
Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm
