Jay Building Group is a roofing company serving the Chicago area. We help homeowners get their roofs replaced through their insurance — at zero out-of-pocket cost. Your job is simple: find the people who need us. We handle everything else.
What you earn
- $300 per qualified appointment set — paid before anything closes
- Paid weekly. No 30-day wait. No chasing checks.
- Quota: 4 appointments/week. Our top reps hit that in a single afternoon.
The work
- Door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods (we use SPOTIO, so you'll always know exactly where to go)
- Spot roof damage, talk to the homeowner, book the free inspection
- Our in-house claims team handles the insurance fight — you stay in the field, where the money is
- 30–50 hours/week. You're knocking doors within 2 days of getting hired.
Who fits
- Hungry. Disciplined. Coachable.
- Experience in D2D, pest control, solar, roofing, or car sales is a plus — not a requirement
- You show up, run the system, and let the math do the talking
