One of Tulsa's best and busiest Lawn Services is needing an experienced professional Customer Service Representative. Bilingual is preferred.
CSR will be talking to customers to discuss company services offered, help to resolve customer concerns, take payments, call customers before service date to make sure no pets or locked gates on property.
Must be computer efficient will be trained to use the Real Green Software System.
Must be a pleasant personality, and wanting to help customers. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch. Or can work an 8am-4pm shift by bringing lunch and eating in company breakroom but still answering phones will at lunch.
The office is upstairs (must be able to physically climb 12 stairs).
Drug screen and background check required.

- Prior experience in customer support or sales is advantageous
