American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a PACU position in Billings, MT, requiring at least 1 year of PACU experience and an active MT or compact RN license.

Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in a regional hospital setting

Day shift, 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
-
40 hours per week

Floating to other departments may be required based on business need

On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts

Epic EMR used for charting

Active MT or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of PACU experience required

Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS — all must be AHA-issued and must not expire prior to start date

ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred

Epic EMR experience

DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for post-anesthesia patients

Duties include patient referral, health teaching, consultation, and delegation to or supervision of others

Former permanent Intermountain staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
