Position Overview
GES is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of secure enterprise network infrastructure supporting Pentagon operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Stratix network devices

Develop network architecture diagrams and implementation plans

Support LAN, WLAN, and SDN environments

Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization

Support SAN and virtualization integration

Automate network tasks using scripting
-
Maintain DoD STIG compliance and cybersecurity posture

Utilize ACAS and support RMF processes
-
Provide technical leadership and engineering oversight
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

10+ years of network engineering experience
-
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, subnetting

Experience in DoD network environments and compliance standards
