Kickback Jack’s is looking for dependable, hard-working Line Cooks, Prep Cooks & Dishwashers to join our team.
We’re a busy restaurant with a professional show kitchen, quality equipment, and a team that knows how to work together. Whether you already have kitchen experience or you’re ready to learn, we’re looking for people with great attitudes, a strong work ethic, and the drive to grow.

Kickback Jack’s restaurants are family-owned, casual full-service restaurants serving guests in North Carolina, Virginia & Tennessee across multiple locations. High-quality food & service are what set us apart & we make each item on our menu from scratch daily. The Role
Depending on your position and experience, you’ll help keep our kitchen running at a high level - from preparing and cooking great food to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next rush.
Our kitchen team works together. That means communicating, helping each other when things get busy, taking pride in and responsibility for your station, and doing your part to make sure we’re serving food that meets our high quality standards in a timely manner.
