Mountain View Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk/Customer Service Representative to join our busy wellness team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks while keeping a positive attitude, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Restock and price retail inventory
- Perform light housekeeping to keep the office clean and welcoming
- Assist with daily office operations and support the chiropractic team
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or medical office experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
