What you’ll do:
- Learn our proven process through paid training and mentorship from top-performing agents.
- Conduct phone outreach to schedule appointments with warm leads and referrals.
- Meet clients in their homes (and occasionally virtually) to explain Medicare options, life insurance, annuities and retirement solutions.
- Guide clients in selecting coverage that fits their needs and budget.
- Follow up using our CRM and leads system to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus).
- Ability to obtain a Texas insurance license (we cover the cost of training and testing).
- Comfortable with commission-based income and motivated by performance.
- Strong communication skills and empathy; you enjoy educating and helping people.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client appointments.
