W are a National Property Management Company who specialize in 55(+) Mobile home community management. We are currently managing multiple properties across Central Florida and are in need of a highly motivated maintenance team member for our Summerloch Green community in Casselberry, FL. You can see pictures of your future workplace on our website (SummerlochGreen.com). Our maintenance department takes care of a plethora of tasks which include but not limited to;
- Landscaping/ Lawn Maintenance
- Plumbing/ irrigation repair
- Grounds keeping
- Pool Maintenance
- Pressure Washing
- Utility Locate/ Detection
- Storm drain system management.
- Waste Management
We also carry a wide variety of skill sets among our maintenance department team (i.e. carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electric, and much more) in which you can learn from and also teach us yours! We will provide you to tools to make an impact and learn, in return we want to see what you can accomplish and would love to have you as a part of our team!
Position Requirements:
- Landscape/ Lawn Care Experience
- Cleaning and Janitorial Experience
- Maintenance Technician Experience
- Clean Background.
- Driver's License.
- Drug Testing Required.
- Time Management Skills.
- Basic operating skills of lawn care equipment.
