Job Title: Part-time Warehouse Associate
Location: On-site, Edison, NJ
Compensation: $20-22/hr
Employment Type: Part-time, Temporary, Ongoing | 20-30 hours per week
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations by managing incoming and outgoing boxes. This role is responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining inventory records, as well as ensuring boxes designated for disposal are properly processed and destroyed according to company procedures.
Schedule: 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Days worked are flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming boxes and shipments.
- Organize and store boxes in designated warehouse locations.
- Track and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor the movement of boxes entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Identify boxes designated for disposal and prepare them for destruction.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to management.
Requirements:
- 3 years of warehouse inventory management experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
- Ability to operate an electric forklift.
