Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in our community
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and sanitation standards
Restock supplies, inventory, and equipment as needed
Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure efficient meal service and resident satisfaction
Monitor and maintain resident diets and special requests, reporting any concerns or issues to the dietary supervisor
Participate in menu planning and food preparation as needed
Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and waste management
Dietary Aide Requirements:
Experience in food service, dietary, or related field
Basic understanding of food preparation and sanitation practices
Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
