Substation Engineering Associate I - Entry Level
Education and Experience
- Ideal candidate has less than two years of engineering experience.
- 4 year Bachelors degree in engineering preferred.
Competencies
- Must have a solid work ethic and be willing to learn substation physical design.
- An eye for detail and good communication skills are required.
- Candidate must also be able to thrive in a team-based environment and be a self-starter.
- AutoCAD and/or Microstation skills are preferred. Familiarity in using Microsoft Suite applications is also a plus (Excel, Word, etc.).
- FE certification is a plus but not required.
- Occasional overnight travel to customer sites in the southeastern US is required.
