Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing parts to meet strict specifications, utilizing a variety of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and advanced machinery. Duties
- Deburr, finish, and smooth machined parts using hand tools, grinders, and polishing equipment to remove sharp edges and surface imperfections
- Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical specifications to ensure accurate finishing processes
- Use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and surface quality
- Handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility using forklifts and proper materials handling techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to factory experience, machinery operation, and materials handling
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or machining environments with hands-on knowledge of deburring, part finishing, or assembly line work
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply GD&T principles for quality assurance
- Mechanical knowledge of CNC milling machines and CNC lathes
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and basic math for measurements and calculations
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards in a manufacturing facility
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
