Real International (PlayFunia & Toy Republic)
Real International is seeking a highly organized and dependable Location Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Albany, NY.
This position will primarily focus on PlayFunia, our indoor playground and family entertainment center, while also supporting Toy Republic, our specialty toy retail store, as needed.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills who can keep operations running smoothly, maintain high standards, support employees, and ensure daily tasks are completed consistently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Training / Probation Period (First 30 Days): $16.00 per hour
- Upon successful completion of the probationary period: $18.00 per hour
- Full-time position
- Overtime paid when applicable
Schedule
- Approximately 40–42 hours per week
- Weekend availability required
- Schedule may vary based on operational needs, events, and staffing requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for PlayFunia and Toy Republic
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring new employees
- Train and onboard new team members
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance
- Assign daily operational tasks and ensure completion
- Follow up on employee responsibilities and hold team members accountable
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and presentation standards throughout the location
- Ensure inventory, supplies, and operational materials remain organized and properly managed
- Monitor store appearance and overall operational readiness
- Ensure birthday parties, events, and customer experiences run smoothly
- Support customer service and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate local marketing efforts, promotions, and community outreach activities
- Assist with social media content and promotional initiatives
- Support influencer collaborations and local partnerships
- Provide regular operational updates to ownership
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, management, or operations experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills are required
- Proven ability to manage schedules, priorities, and multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and training employees
- Experience leading, supervising, and motivating a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail, entertainment, hospitality, or customer-service environment
- Reliable transportation required

About Us
Real International is a family-owned company operating PlayFunia and Toy Republic locations throughout New York and New Jersey.
While we are not a large corporate organization, we are continuously improving our systems, processes, and operations as we grow. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and play an important role in the success of our Albany location.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
