Salary Range:
Pay per visit model
– commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications:
Must be licensed in Ohio
License/Certification:
LPC, MFT, LSW (Required)
Preferred Qualification:
1+ year of experience in Associate Therapist
as a LPC, MFT, LSW
