Our childcare facility is looking for an additional 'Floater' teacher who can help to create a safe, fun environment and incorporate educational programs that assist in our children’s development.
The Floater will be responsible for:
- covering classes to give teachers breaks
- covering classes when teachers call in sick
- helping out with administrative duties
- working as an assistant teacher when required
- other duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children, parents and colleagues
- Create activities that are fun and educational for the children
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
- Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, lunch time and rest time for students
- Be flexible and a team player
Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to establish a positive relationship with parents and children. Must have previous experience working with children.

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
