Physician Assistant-Certified
We are adding to our growing practice and actively seeking an exceptional, energetic, Board Certified Physician Assistant to join our specialized team of physicians, in the areas of Breast/Plastics & Reconstruction. Competitive salary and outstanding comprehensive benefit package offered.
Must be willing to travel between multiple locations in the Dallas market. Specific locations will be provided at the time of screening interview.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Surgical and Clinical Physician Assistant to approved sponsoring physicians.
- Assists in operating room with surgical procedures.
- Minor procedures as may be assigned.
- Perform hospital rounds for inpatient clients.
- New client educator as intermittently required.
- Provides diagnostic and therapeutic health care coverage for patients which will include but not be limited to taking medical histories and performing physical examinations
- Documents within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and completes other necessary documents.
- On-call coverage as may be assigned and subject to modification.
- Other duties as assigned by attending Physicians and the Director, Clinical Operations.
EDUCATIONAL REQURIEMENTS
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program required
- Physician Assistant licensure in the State of Texas
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
