Customer Service & Operations Representative
Nu Life Essentials | Full-Time | $18–$20 per Hour
COMPENSATION
Starting Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
We are looking for someone who can grow with the company. Starting compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, communication skills, organizational ability, and overall fit for the position.
ABOUT NU LIFE ESSENTIALS
Nu Life Essentials works with clinics, med spas, and healthcare providers across the country, providing access pathways, education, operational support, and sourcing solutions for peptides and related wellness services.
Our clients rely on us for more than products. They rely on our team to help keep the operational side of their business running smoothly — from orders and prescriptions to pharmacy coordination, shipping, labeling, and everyday account support.
We're growing, and we're looking for a dependable, organized Customer Service & Operations Representative to join our team.
THE POSITION
This is not a traditional call-center customer service job.
You will be working directly with our clients and coordinating with multiple departments to make sure questions are answered, issues are resolved, and important details don't fall through the cracks.
A large part of your job will be responding to client emails and resolving issues, but you'll also work behind the scenes to make sure prescriptions, orders, and other operational details are handled correctly.
We're looking for someone who sees a problem and thinks:
"Let me figure this out and get it handled."
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client emails in a timely and professional manner
- Helping clients resolve order and account-related issues
- Following up on open issues until they are completely resolved
- Confirming prescriptions have been received and routed to the correct pharmacy
- Communicating with pharmacies and internal team members when clarification or follow-up is needed
- Assisting with product and shipping labels
- Checking information for accuracy before orders move forward
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with our operations and logistics teams
- Assisting the logistics department when additional coverage is needed
- Helping troubleshoot shipping, fulfillment, or delivery issues
- Communicating clearly with clients when there are updates, delays, or additional information needed
- Handling multiple priorities without losing track of details
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The right person for this position is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and good with people.
You don't need to know everything about our industry on day one. We can teach you our systems, products, pharmacies, and processes.
What is much harder to teach is common sense, follow-through, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
You should be someone who:
- Writes professional, clear emails
- Is comfortable communicating with clients
- Pays attention to small details
- Can manage several tasks at the same time
- Doesn't need to be reminded repeatedly to finish something
- Knows how to prioritize when several things need attention
- Is comfortable learning new software and systems
- Can work independently while still being part of a team
- Is willing to jump in and help another department when needed
- Understands that "I'll take care of it" means actually following the issue through to completion
ATTENTION TO DETAIL MATTERS HERE
Because we work with healthcare providers, pharmacies, prescriptions, products, and shipments, accuracy matters.
Sending something to the wrong place, overlooking an email, entering information incorrectly, or failing to follow up can create a much bigger problem later.
We're looking for someone who naturally double-checks their work and takes ownership of what is assigned to them.
You don't need to be perfect.
You do need to care about getting things right.
THIS IS A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
Everyone at Nu Life has their primary responsibilities, but we're also a growing company.
There will be times when another department needs help.
For example, if someone in logistics is out, you may be asked to assist with shipping, labeling, order coordination, or another operational task.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable saying:
"Absolutely. What needs to get done?"
rather than:
"That's not my job."
EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Customer service
- Medical office administration
- Pharmacy support
- Healthcare operations
- Order processing
- Shipping and logistics
- Administrative support
- Client account management
- Medical or wellness industry
- E-commerce fulfillment
Healthcare experience is helpful, but not required.
A smart, organized person with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn can be very successful here.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You'll be successful in this role if:
- Clients receive prompt, professional responses
- Problems don't sit unresolved
- Prescriptions reach the correct destination
- Orders and account information are accurate
- You follow through without being chased
- Your internal notes and records are organized
- Other departments can rely on you
- Clients feel like someone at Nu Life is genuinely paying attention to their account
THE BOTTOM LINE
We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the person people can depend on.
Someone organized enough to manage the details, professional enough to communicate with healthcare clients, and flexible enough to jump in wherever the team needs help.
If you're the type of person who likes solving problems, keeping things organized, and making sure the job actually gets finished —
We'd like to hear from you.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
