Occupational Therapy
Looking for certified provider to work in a school with a private therapy model with pediatric clients. We are looking for Full-time, Part-time, Contract, and/or PRN, . We are growing and adding to our team!
Experience working with children ages birth- 18 years old preferred.
Experience with Autism and related disabilities preferred.
Experience with the integrating sensory system and integrating retained privative reflexes.
Experience with sensory diet.
Evaluate and treat specific goals for children and families.
Provide tools and strategies to help families achieve outcomes.
Communicate well with team members and families.
Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Implement company standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Instill confidence in children.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow the appropriate occupational therapy treatment plans through treatment, documentation and consultations.
- Follow training on use of necessary occupational therapy equipment as deemed appropriate.
- Carefully providing all services provided by occupational therapist in an effective and clear manner.
- Striving for professional development and timely completion of duties.
- Consistently providing only the highest quality of occupational therapy service.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all State regulations pertaining to the services provided.

South Walton Academy is a non-profit, private school serving children from ages 3 years old through the 12th grade with an out patient, pediatric therapy program. We are an inclusive school, meeting the needs of all children while making accommodations for children with special needs.
