Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. As a key member of our team, you will craft beverages, serve guests, and ensure an exceptional experience in a fast-paced, lively atmosphere. Prior experience with POS systems is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive customer service in various settings including nightclubs, banquet events, and restaurant environments
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during shifts
- Assist in food service operations when necessary, including serving food or catering events
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to legal requirements
- Restock bar supplies as needed and keep the bar area organized and sanitary
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant service, retail math, or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong skills in time management, sales, cash handling, and basic math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally in lively settings like nightclubs or bars
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience serving at nightclubs or catering events is advantageous
- Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable based on local regulations)
