Job Description
· Partner with the Facilities and Maintenance team to coordinate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
· Lead and execute 6S projects, plant layout optimization, and facilities upgrade programs
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of weekly KPIs, monthly and quarterly scorecards to monitor and track productivity
· Oversee and track 6S activities across the entire plant facility
Requirements
· BS in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (any engineering degree considered)
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing with exposure to plant projects
