Truspine is expanding its aesthetic services with the T-Shape 2 device — a multifunctional, non-invasive platform combining low-level laser, bipolar RF, vacuum/endomassage, and deep therapeutic massage to tighten, tone, contour, and improve skin quality.
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to operate the T-Shape 2 device exclusively for face, body, and neck treatments while delivering exceptional client experiences in a wellness clinic setting. You will design treatment protocols, monitor outcomes, and serve as the in-house expert for this modality.
Role
As a Body Sculpting Nurse & Care Manager, you will guide clients through their body transformation journey by:
- Conducting thorough assessments and consultations
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Fostering long-term client relationships
This role combines clinical expertise, patient care, and service strategy to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. You will leverage your knowledge of non-invasive treatments such as fat reduction, muscle toning, cellulite reduction, and lymphatic drainage to educate clients, deliver results, and drive retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the T-Shape 2 device for facial and body treatments (abdomen, thighs, arms, etc.), adjusting laser, RF, and vacuum settings to match client goals, skin types, and tolerance levels.
- Perform nursing assessments to determine suitability, identify contraindications, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor client responses during treatments, track tissue and skin changes, and adjust protocols for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical safety, sanitation, and device operating protocols.
- Document treatment parameters, client progress, photos, and outcomes in the clinic software (e.g., JANE APP).
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, post-care, home instructions, and follow-up schedules.
- Manage scheduling and client flow to maximize efficiency of T-Shape 2 appointment blocks.
- Promote T-Shape 2 services through consultative selling, package recommendations, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Truspine multidisciplinary team — including chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists — to integrate aesthetics into holistic wellness plans.
- Stay updated on emerging research, protocols, and best practices for radiofrequency, laser, vacuum therapy, and body contouring.
Requirements
- Active California RN license with prior experience in aesthetic or wellness procedures preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to assess patient suitability and screen for contraindications.
- Meticulous about documentation, safety protocols, and device maintenance.
- Experience in patient education and consultative sales; able to guide clients through treatment packages and maintenance plans.
- Self-motivated and confident in owning the T-Shape 2 service line.
- Background in aesthetics, wellness, nursing, or related healthcare fields preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for helping clients achieve body goals while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
