Fanntastic Media is seeking a highly skilled SEO strategist who understands where search is headed—not where it was five years ago.
We're looking for someone who goes beyond traditional SEO and understands GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), local SEO, entity SEO, content strategy, Reddit marketing, YouTube SEO, and organic lead generation for home service businesses.
This is a strategic role, not a checklist role.
What You'll Do
- Develop SEO strategies for home service companies (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar, landscaping, cleaning, etc.)
- Build and execute local SEO campaigns that generate qualified leads
- Optimize content for Google Search, AI search engines, and answer engines
- Develop GEO and AEO strategies for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI-driven search experiences
- Create content plans that leverage websites, blogs, YouTube, Reddit, social media, and local authority building
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research
- Identify ranking opportunities and growth gaps
- Work alongside content creators and marketing teams to execute strategies
- Analyze performance and provide recommendations based on data
- Participate in client strategy meetings and clearly explain recommendations

- Keep your camera on during meetings
- Present SEO strategies and performance updates
- Answer client questions professionally
- Build trust and confidence through clear communication
