Location: Remote — Dallas–Fort Worth Area
This is a remote position for candidates located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing relationships and generating new business within the Dallas market, with occasional local travel for client meetings, networking events, and other business needs.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for net-new accounts.

Generate pipeline through outbound calls, email, events, and social selling.

Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries, and buying personas.

Build and manage a consistent pipeline aligned to quota expectations.

Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and uncover opportunities.

Position NLP Logix solutions in a consultative manner aligned to customer outcomes and ROI.

Develop and present proposals, SOWs, and pricing strategies.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining margin discipline.

Partner with marketing and BDR teams to accelerate pipeline generation.

Work with delivery and solutions teams to ensure accurate scoping and positioning.

Share market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback with leadership.

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in CRM.

Provide reliable weekly forecasts and deal updates.

3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales targets.

Experience selling complex solutions such as consulting, SaaS, AI, data, or technology services.

Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations preferred.

Understanding of AI, data, or digital transformation solutions preferred.

Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies preferred.

Strong executive presence and comfort engaging senior-level stakeholders.

Strong pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.

Resilience and motivation to succeed in a high-activity, high-rejection sales environment.
