We are hiring Roofing Installers / Roof Technicians to join our installation team. This role is ideal for individuals with roofing, construction, or solar installation experience who want consistent work and strong earning potential.
This is a piece-rate position, meaning your earnings increase as your speed and experience grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with residential roof and solar installation projects
- Work safely on residential rooftops
- Carry materials and tools onto job sites
- Install roofing components and assist with system mounting
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and installation standards
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8–10 hour workdays
- Typically 5 days per week
- Occasional 6-day weeks when projects require
Pay Structure
- Piece-rate position based on completed installations
- Training period paid at a reduced piece rate until installers demonstrate proficiency
- Higher earning potential once fully trained and operating independently
Requirements
- Roofing, solar, or construction experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations
Training
- No licenses required
- On-site training provided for motivated candidates willing to learn the trade
