Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
- Support scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage as needed
- Maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor performance and help drive business results
- Step in to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) experience required
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team-building skills
