Agricultural company seeking bilingual office assistant, to provide direct support to the Office Manager/Bookkeeper and Managing Member in a multi-entity office. Candidates should possess keen attention to detail and be comfortable performing regular data entry.
Ideal candidates will have a laid-back, relaxed attitude, with the ability to hustle when necessary. Someone who is comfortable working independently or in a team environment and has no issues taking/following direction. Above all, someone who is flexible, willing to learn, and puts forward their best effort to do so.
As we are remote, most correspondence outside of the office is done over telephone and via email. The position is not well suited for someone who requires consistent face-to-face interaction.

Office Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
- Possess proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to speak and dictate clearly.
- Translating (English/Spanish)
- Typing Skills
- Data entry with attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft office programs, primarily excel.
- Filing - Ability to bend/stoop for short periods.
- Time management skills.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work under limited supervision.
- QuickBooks Desktop Experience (can train)
- Ability to change direction/multitask while prioritizing assignments.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities when/as necessary.
- Want and willingness to learn.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Greeting clients and visitors.
- Correctly filing documents.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into excel databases.
- Entering information into QuickBooks when necessary.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Maintaining office supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Running miscellaneous errands.
- Light housekeeping duties.
- Cross Training with various department personnel.
- Additional tasks upon request.
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
1-hour offsite lunch permitted, not required.
Starting Wage $18-21/hr DOE on data entry/excel ag office experience
