Available Schedules:
- 40-hour position (1 Full-Time) Weekend
Shifts we are hiring for:
- 10am-8pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, etc.)
- Monitor and document client behavior; promptly report changes or concerns
- Implement behavior management techniques to maintain a safe environment
- Collaborate with the treatment team to support individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and supportive environment
- Communicate with pharmacies and healthcare providers as needed for care coordination
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong leadership skills encouraged
- Previous mental health or caregiving experience preferred
- Knowledge of hospice, senior care, dementia care, or behavioral health a plus
- Ability to lift and perform physical care tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Familiarity with ADLs and medication administration
- Experience in nursing home or similar settings is beneficial
- Ability to coordinate medication orders and medical appointments
