As a mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mechanical issues on residential and commercial mowers.
This is a developmental role with performance-based incentives as you advance.
Quick Details
- Pay: $18.00/hour (Direct Hire).
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
- Overtime: Mandatory during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair gasoline engines and mechanical issues on commercial and residential mowers.
- Work independently and efficiently with light supervision.
- Attend mandatory training classes (online and in-person).
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of gasoline engine repair with advanced diagnostics.
- Tools: Must provide your own basic tools (*_wrench set, screw drivers, and socket set (standard and metric).*_
- Physical: Ability to stand all day, lift 50–70 lbs, and bend/kneel for low-clearance repairs.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance is a must; arriving early is considered "on time".
- Travel: Reliable transportation for training classes (up to 1 hour from Ocala).
Pay: $18.00 per hour
