Overview
We are seeking a House Keeper/Manager/Childcare to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of our home. This role combines hands-on cleaning expertise. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys being around children. We do have a golden retriever that is full of love and friendly as can be, but is 90 lbs. As a House Keeper/Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the property's appearance.
Privacy, trust, and dependability is a non negotiable that this candidate must have. (must have dependable transportation)
Every Visit Responsibilities:
- Wash,Dry,Fold, and put away family laundry
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Load, Run, and empty the dishwasher
- Reset and tidy the main living areas of the home keping household items organized and return to their proper place.
- Notice and identify any household needs and proactively communicating when supplies are running low and suggest improvements.
- Keep all surfaces clean of debris, clutter, and dust
- Strip, Change, and clean family bed linens weekly
- Clean household bathrooms
Additional Responsibilities as needed but rotating:
- Organizing closets
- Organizing cabinets
- Organizing drawers
- Cleaning fridge/microwave/dishwasher/oven
- Running light household errands (amazon returns)
- Babysitting (3 year old and in December, new born)
Additional ask that maybe requested but is not limited to:
- Additional requests may be requested as we go
- Picking up/dropping of dog from dog boarding (we will supply vehicle if preferred)
We are looking for someone who can be our home manager that handles everyday tasks that tend to get away from us due to our schedules. We expect this person would also be willing to baby sit when needed, ideally when we have functions we have to attend or the occasion date night my wife and I rarely get to have.
Proposed schedule:
Visits 2x per week

Pay:
$20 an hour (Max 10 hrs per week)
Person would be hired as a contractor and would be paid via ACH.
Terms:
We reserve the right to increase or decrease hours as needed. (IE if we go on vacation we wouldn't need you that week)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
