Job Description:
- The Estimator/Project Manager will oversee all cost-related aspects of assigned projects. After a project is awarded, they will assume full responsibility for managing it through completion.
- Key responsibilities include preparing and managing contract documentation, supervising field installations, executing project directives, and guiding field personnel.
- The role also involves fostering strong client relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Working independently and collectively to achieve measurable outcomes, the Estimator/Project Manager will manage budgets and coordinate closely with internal teams as well as external partners such as owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Qualifications:
- (3) Year minimum experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an Estimator/Project Manager, demonstrating successful project completion both professionally and on time.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and other communication tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
