At House of Lange Hair Design we are trying to break the typical mold of a hair salon and truly provide the best experience for both our guests and our team. REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
- Must hold a current State of California Cosmetology License
- Must have a minimum 2-5 years of experience behind the chair
- Must be proficient in the latest color and cutting techniques
- (Optional) May have an existing local following of clients looking for a beautiful new salon to call home
- Must be available to work weekends, Saturday and/or Sunday
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and hair treatments.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following industry standards for sanitation.
- Utilize cosmetology and barbering skills to create trendy and personalized hairstyles for clients.
- Effectively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding of desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to provide innovative services.
- Possess a Cosmetology License to perform services within legal requirements.
- Utilize premium skills such as hair extensions, color theory, and salon software to enhance service offerings.
- Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in all aspects of hair care and styling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for clients.

Pay: $17.50 - $30.00 per hour
