Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned neighborhoods or territories to introduce our programs or services
- Engage residents with enthusiasm, clearly explaining the benefits and answering questions to foster understanding
- Collect feedback and gather information to tailor future outreach efforts effectively
- Promote community involvement through persuasive communication and active listening
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, including visits made and responses received
- Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach plans and share insights for improved engagement
- Uphold professional appearance and conduct at all times to represent the organization positively
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently and clearly
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and persuade effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to reach a broader community base

Pay: $47,382.28 - $57,062.53 per year
