As an AT&T Sales Agent, you'll work directly with customer accounts, introducing AT&T wireless and internet services while helping each customer find the right solution. No previous sales experience is required, we provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help every AT&T Sales Agent succeed.
What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Agent
- Meet face-to-face with customer accounts to introduce AT&T products and services
- Learn each customer's needs and recommend personalized wireless and internet solutions
- Guide every customer through the enrollment and account setup process
- Answer customer questions with professionalism and confidence
- Build positive relationships with every customer through outstanding service
- Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and technology
- Track daily activity while working toward individual and team goals as an AT&T Sales Agent
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continue growing as an AT&T Sales Agent
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customer accounts in person
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time
