Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each interaction is positive and professional
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers service requests promptly and accurately
- Conduct data entry tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to update customer records
