Michigan Shores Club is a non-profit social club located in Wilmette, IL We are currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist at our historical location. WE are looking for someone who can provide members an enjoyable experience, through quality service in the most professional environment, at all times.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Create memorable experiences with a prompt greeting and a warm, sincere and welcoming personality that can relate to guests and associates
- Arrive at work on time, properly dressed and ready to represent Michigan Shores Club with the utmost in professionalism
- Provide consultation to guests as needed to determine their unique needs and expectations pertaining towards injuries.
- Ensure the privacy of each guest and maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and guess information
- Ensure all services begin and end on time, and confirm that you have the correct guest at all times.
- Restore treatment rooms in a neat and professional manner before and after each service use
- Promote positive guest relations by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service and effectively resolving complaints in a timely manner
- Project a calm demeanor, even in the most stressful situations
Requirements:
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- Proficient in multiple massage modalities including deep tissue, Swedish is a plus!
- Over 600 Hours of Massage School Education with HANDS on Experience
- Excellent communication and Attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of Anatomy and Kinesiology of the body
-Excellent Customer service experience
-Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
-Flexible Schedule
Bonus Skills-
- Knowledge of Sales/Marketing Techniques Strategies that can be help the team attract new clientele.
Job Details-
Pay- 80% - 83%
Job Type- Contract
Shifts- Fridays, and Weekends
