We’re expanding our customer acquisition team and looking for a Customer Sales Associate (Arabic Required) who enjoys connecting with people and creating positive customer experiences. As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll help customers explore AT&T products and services, answer questions with confidence, and provide solutions that fit their everyday needs. As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, product knowledge, and consultative sales techniques. Your ability to communicate in both Arabic and English will help customers feel comfortable while making informed decisions.
Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate:
- Meet with customers in person to understand their communication and connectivity needs.
- Explain AT&T products and services in both Arabic and English when needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while recommending personalized solutions.
- Build customer relationships that encourage long-term satisfaction and account growth.
- Support daily sales goals through professional customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teammates to create an engaging and welcoming customer experience.
Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, team-focused environment.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
