This position is in the Procurement Office, at SCDMV Headquarters, Blythewood, SC.
Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager

Ensure the completion of all daily Procurement duties as directed by the Procurement Officer. This also includes all contract management duties as directed by the Procurement Officer.

Manage Procurement functions of projects/procurements as assigned by the Procurement Officer. This includes managing all resulting contracts. This also includes handling required reporting issues and tasks and creating Scopes of Work and other related procurement documents.

Supervise Procurement Department staff as directed by the Procurement Officer.

Take on role of Agency P-Card Administrator as directed by Procurement Officer.

All other duties as assigned by Procurement Officer.
