Currently we are offering a $250 sign on bonus for experienced wood framing carpenters. What you'll do:
- Frame Structural components: walls, floors, roofs, stairs and decks.
- Interpret plans, layouts, and measurements accurately.
- Lead or support material handleing and jobsite organization,
- Maintain high standards of quality, speed and safety.
- Work efficiently with a team of skilled carpenters.
What We're Looking for:
- 2+years of wood framing experience (commercial preferred)
- Strong understanding of layout, structural framing, and safe tool operation
- Ability to work independently or lead less-experienced carpenters
- Reliable, professional, and committed to craftmanship
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks
