The Role:
As a hybrid PTA, you bring healing and mobility directly to our patients, whether in the comfort of their homes or utilizing the specialized equipment in our modern clinic. You are the hands-on clinical expert implementing the path to recovery.
- Key Duties: Implement highly effective physical therapy treatments and plans of care established by your supervising Physical Therapist.
- Home Health Care: Travel locally to provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to patients in their own environment.
- Clinic Care: Treat patients in our modern, in-house clinic using advanced clinical modalities and equipment safely and effectively.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Accurately and timely document patient progress, maintaining clear communication with the interdisciplinary team.
What You Bring:
- Education: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
- Licensure: Active, valid PTA license in the state of Ohio.
- Requirements: A valid Driver’s License and proof of reliable auto insurance (required for the home health portion).
- Experience: Previous experience in home health or an outpatient clinic is preferred, but motivated new grads who are eager to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
