WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED
Duties
- Greet prospective tenants warmly and provide detailed information about available rental properties
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and answering questions confidently to facilitate leasing decisions
- Manage rental inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication
- Process rental applications accurately, including data entry and verification of applicant information
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition for showings
- Maintain organized records of rental activity, lease agreements, and inventory control
- Assist with marketing efforts by promoting listings through various channels to attract potential tenants
Skills
- Strong outside sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and ensure tenant satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry for record keeping and reporting
- Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries, appointments, and documentation efficiently
- Administrative experience to handle front desk responsibilities smoothly
- Effective communication skills across various platforms including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote listings creatively and effectively
- Basic retail math skills for calculating rents, deposits, and fees accurately
- Maintenance awareness to coordinate property upkeep as needed
