Job Overview
Keys Concrete Creations & Upper Keys Marine Construction is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our growing team. This role involves assisting with concrete installation, site preparation, and general construction tasks on residential and commercial projects throughout the Florida Keys.
No extensive experience is required, but construction or concrete experience is a plus. We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete pours, finishing, and site preparation
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Help set forms and prepare surfaces for concrete work
- Clean and maintain job sites
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors
- Support the crew with various labor tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Construction or concrete experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
