- Send biweekly updates on open positions across locations
- Support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent initiatives
- Support preboarding activities and ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements
- Review candidate applications prior to background check submission
- Coordinate background checks and drug screenings; confirm results
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and partner with HR team on updates
- Follow up new hires to ensure completion of pre-and-onboarding tasks in ATS (e.g., Taleo)
- Process Form I-9s through E-Verify in compliance with federal regulations
- Accurate recordkeeping ensures all hiring documentation is complete and stored appropriately
- Track new hires, promotions, internal transfers and referral bonuses
- Assist with data collection, analyzing and reporting as needed
- Provide general administrative support to HR team
- Create recruitment marketing materials
- Support special projects and HR initiatives as assigned
Technical/Professional Knowledge (Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
- A minimum of one year of experience in recruiting coordination, or HR administrative support
- Working knowledge of California labor laws, wage & hour regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information
- Analytical ability to gather and summarize data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ATS, and HRIS platforms

Work Environment
The Talent Coordinator is based out of the Aliso Viejo corporate office with remote work
flexibility for Wednesday and Friday. Hybrid work schedule is subject to change based on business and
operational needs. Occasional regional and local travel to property locations may be required.
May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Hours are usually Monday
through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
