Special Information for Behavior Analyst position

Must reside in North Carolina

Provide functional behavior assessments for adults with developmental disabilities or traumatic injury that will include both direct and indirect assessment.

Provide a behavior support plan for approved individuals to improve the quality of life for the person that includes the replacement of problem behavior(s) with appropriate alternatives that serve the same purpose.

Implement/Train of behavior support plans to include written and verbal instruction, modeling, rehearsal, and trainer feedback.

Monitoring progress of individuals should occur monthly.

Fidelity checks of each individual every 3 months to observe the staff implementing the interventions of the behavior support plan.

Updating the behavior support plan as needed and at a minimum yearly.
Be licensed through the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
