The Advancement CRM Junior System Administrator supports the ongoing maintenance, accuracy, and effective daily use of the university’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as it relates to fundraising, donor engagement, and Advancement operations. This role focuses on data integrity, routine system administration, reporting, and end-user support for Advancement staff.
The Junior System Administrator ensures that donor records, campaigns, gift-related data, and engagement processes are accurately maintained to support fundraising, stewardship, and alumni/donor relations initiatives.
